Recurring or Automatic Payments

All recurring or automatic payments will be deducted from your credit card or checking account on the 12th day of every month or the next business day.  To sign up for recurring credit card payments, simply login to your account and click "I want to setup Autopay".

Important Notice Regarding Payment Methods

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their credit or debit card information is current and valid for automatic payments.

Please note:

·         Dade County Water & Sewer Authority (DCWSA) does not receive notification from banks regarding expired cards, newly issued cards, or any changes to customer account information.

·         DCWSA is not responsible for notifying customers when a card needs to be updated.

To avoid missed payments or service interruptions, we encourage customers to regularly verify and update their payment details through our secure billing portal.
